I’m on a huge brussels sprouts kick lately, so I decided it was necessary for me to share one of my favourite recipes with you! It’s crunchy, it’s cheesy – It’s perfect! You can add any spices you want, or really anything extra you desire, such as bacon, onion, garlic, chicken – whatever you want! This is a great base to experiment in the kitchen. I went the simple route this time however, and just added salt, pepper, parmesan and a spice we had in the cupboard (Smouldering Smoked Applewood).
Brussels Sprouts Rock
This was great for me because this week has been a nightmare! I’ve had 25 hours worth of work that I had to squeeze into 24 hours, while still eating healthy. You and I both know that when you are busy, and cranky all you want is nachos and pizza. It’s rare that you’re craving brussels sprouts, honestly. But I forced myself to make them, and I really wasn’t disappointed! I was incredibly satisfied when I finished my dinner!
