  • Coconut Oil
  • All Purpose Flour
  • Baking Soda
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Dairy Free Milk
  • Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • Brown Sugar
  • Vegan Chocolate Chips
  • Salt

Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies
These cookies are dairy free, egg free, and vegan friendly.

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease cookie sheet and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine coconut oil, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add applesauce and milk. Mix until well combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, and salt until combined. Add to large bowl.
  6. Mix ingredients until mixture is well combined and thick.
  7. Add chocolate chips.
  8. Using a tablespoon, scoop dough onto cookie sheet - be sure to leave space between cookies for spreading. Bake for 10 minutes, or until brown.
  9. Cool for up to 10 minutes, then enjoy.
